I live in Dripping Springs so an additional travel fee was charged; when I first used this service the fee was not charged. But apparently they have lots of customers because my appointment was more than a month out - - to correct the watering schedule they set up last year.

We came for a leak. The leak was a mainline break just outside of the manifold box. The cause (that we could see) was the box settling on the mainline. The mainline and lateral lines were drilled through the sides of the manifold box. We cut away the box to prevent this same issue again in future. We made the mainline repair, and properly installed a new manifold box. We were able to check the front system afterwards. We made an extensive drip repair (lateral lines are poly pipe), and changed a MP nozzle that had failed on zone 3. We changed a wry clogged nozzle on zone 2. We checked our work and spoke with the customer.

The concern that the client had about the misting head was for an existing spray head and not one that was replaced from the previous visit. An estimate to reconfigure part of zone one and two was presented to the client, and approval was given to complete the recommended repairs. One existing spray head was replaced and moved approximately 1 foot from the flower bed into the grass for the yard. A new, pop-up spray head was installed in zone two to help ensure proper coverage for the front yard. A nozzle on an existing spray head in zone two was also replaced to help cover a larger area of the front yard. All work was completed at the time of the visit.
During the system check, multiple issues were found throughout the property. A total of 12 spray heads were leaking at the base of the stem and body, or were set to low and were not watering the grass effectively. Two additional spray heads were too short for the application, and they were flagged to be replaced with 12 inch pop-up spray heads. Four sprayheads in the back yard were flagged to be capped as they were unnecessary for the location. Three rotors in the backyard were leaking, and needed to be replaced, and two of the three rotors were flagged to be relocated to help ensure proper coverage of the backyard. Three nozzles on existing spray heads needed to be replaced as they were not the correct size and shape for the location of the sprayheads. The master valve for the irrigation system had failed mechanically, it needed to be replaced. The water pressure taken at the hose bib for the house was 50 psi, however, the pressure for the irrigation system checked at the backflow, (

Conducted a Sprinkler Diagnostic for a gentleman in Dripping Springs. Replaced broken valve and 7 broken rotors replaced 4" pop ups with 6" pop ups and made minor adjustments to improve coverage.
